Beginner

A basic (but challenging!) class for anyone looking for a full body, reformer-based workout with a little mat and prop work mixed in. Form, control, balance, stretching, and quality of movement are the focus of this slow-flow, classical-meets-contemporary beginner level class.

An open-level, athletically-driven Pilates Reformer class. Ignite your upper body, lower body, and core in this 50-minute reformer-based class with mat exercises and prop work sprinkled in. 


*This is an open level class and modifications will be given. However, prior reformer experience is recommended.

Jumpboard Reformer Sculpt

All Levels

Hop right in to this full-body, low impact jumpboard Pilates class that infuses jumpboard exercises with Pilates-style movements. Feel your heart rate go up as you improve your coordination, increase your cardiovascular fitness, and strengthen your entire body!

Beginner

An introductory Pilates reformer class. This class is recommended for the nubie, wanting to give the reformer a try and is perfect for anyone who wants to learn the ins-and-outs of the machine as well as some basic Pilates exercises before heading into a faster paced group class. Intro to Reformer is complimentary to newcomers.

If Pilates, hot yoga, and the gym had a baby…this would be it! This HIIT style class is performed in a (mildly) heated room with Pilates inspired exercises performed on and off the reformer.

Mat + Reformer in one AMAZING class! Get the best of both worlds in our signature class, Mat-Former. Spend half the class using body weight to tone your body with Pilates Mat exercises and the other half using the spring-loaded resistance of the Reformer to give your workout a little more OOMPH! After this class is over, expect to feel stronger, longer, more flexible and toned!
